Maya Hughes is a dedicated healthcare professional with 28 years of experience in the medical field, providing compassionate patient care across a wide variety of healthcare settings.
Her career began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aide, where she built a strong foundation in patient support and advocacy. She later advanced into the role of Medical Assistant, and spent the last 12 years as an Elite Medical Assistant in a nephrology practice.
Today, as Assistant Practice Manager, Maya helps oversee daily operations, supports staff development, and contributes to the continued delivery of exceptional patient care.
