Dr. Raied Abdullah, M.D
Dr. Raied Abdullah is a board certified nephrologist with over 23 years of experience practicing in Northwest Indiana. Dr. Abdullah's philosophy of patient care is one of compassion, courtesy and professionalism and treats patients wholistically as individuals. Dr. Abdullah's focus on kidney disease is one of preventive care and education of patients and families to reduce progression of chronic kidney disease and prevent hospitalizations. He has affiliation with all major hospitals including Methodist, St Anthony, St Mary and Vibra. He is currently serving as medical drnirector for Davita Dialysis.
Dr Abdullah is extensively involved in clinical patient centered research that helps bring new innovation and technology to the patients bedside. He feels this is a way to improve his care for his patients.
Dr. Abdullah graduated from Rush Medical College in Chicago and went on to do Internal Medicine Residency at Rush Medical Center as well. His Nephrology training was at the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
Dr. Abdullah is ready to accept patients in the Gary, Merrillville and Portage areas.
